- Gigi loves dogs. She enjoys good coffee and wine tasting, trekking and pilgrimage, mountain biking, camping, hiking, writing for kids, songs around the campfire...what do you expect? She was a camp counselor! With a B.S. in French and a B.A. in Mass Media Communications, a Masters in Educational Leadership with an emphasis on Leadership for Sustainability Education at Portland State, she is fascinated by Spirituality in Higher Education and sacred ecology.
